Heat Processing / Ovens

CESCO supplies custom oven systems, in continuous and
batch formats, using convection and/ or infrared energy;
direct and indirect fired convection ovens, zoned systems,
powder gel ovens; conveyorized systems for aging, baking,
dehydration and pre-heating. CESCO ovens feature semi-rigid,
non-settling mineral wool insulation; blowers, fans, and
ducting is sized for optimal air circulation.

Systems are engineered to prevent common problems,
too such as keeping combustion systems clean and
minimizing noise and vibration. Heater boxes are
assembled and tested in our plant prior to shipment.
PLC controls, powerful air seals and bottom entry oven
openings make CESCO systems reliable, low maintenance,
and energy-efficient. And, like all CESCO equipment,
these ovens operate “green,” producing the lowest-possible
NOx and CO emissions.
