Electrocoating Systems

CESCO has more than 30 years experience in providing design,
manufacturing, installation and on-site support for ecoat systems.
CESCO ecoat experience includes systems for the automotive,
agricultural and appliance industries.

CESCO anodic and cathodic ecoat systems provide optimum
performance as finish coat, or powder prime.  Systems are typically
configured with a loading / unloading station, degreasing/ cleaning
stages, soft water rinse, and an immersion conditioning stage to enhance the bonding between the parts and the phosphate
application that follows.   Electrocoating is next, then immersion
permeate, DI water immersion, dry-off, and cure.
