Cleaning / Pretreatment

CESCO designs and builds pretreatment / conversion
coating systems.  Systems have levels of automation custom
to the user; many systems provide automatic control over
chemical feed, operating temperatures, and concentrations. 

Pretreatment systems are built as in-line stages within a
powder or paint line, with full integration of controls and process
documentation, or on a stand-alone basis.  Systems are
engineered with emphasis on non-polluting, long bath life
chemistries, and low energy use.
